Cezar is the founder of Skillmeter.com, launched in April 2013

Cezar is an experienced manager with over 7 years experience in distributed team management and 10 years experience in building web projects, mainly in Microsoft technologies. He holds a Bachelor and Masters degree from “Politehnica” University, in Bucharest, Romania.

In his free time, Cezar enjoys long-distance running and poker.
