Dragos Stanca has been working in media for almost 20 years now. He made his way into radio business in the mid 90′s. Shortly after he took radio, then print and TV responsibilities as a journalist. In 2000 he moved in print and online publishing management. Thus, Dragos undertook the general manager position within two important local media outlets, Publimedia – now part of Mediafax Group – and the former independent outlet Realitatea – Catavencu. At this time, he launched a significant number of media brands in the Romanian market.

In 2009, he founded his own start-ups: PUBLYO, the web and app development agency for publishers, and Q2M, an ad network and interactive agency. Last year, Q2M merged with the regional THINKDIGITAL network, and Dragos became the managing partner of the Romanian operations. In 2012, the digital marketing conference he founded in 2008, RoNewMedia, was rebranded as ICEEfest with the objective to become the main festival on interactive and e-business in Central and Eastern Europe.
