Founder of Felicitaro, Florin Blejan was born in 1980.
He is a creative and a hard-worker IT entrepreneur.

He has always been attracted to innovation and as such he has created the first NFC solution for one of the biggest museums in Romania – Grigore Antipa Museum. It was a pro-bono effort that he has engaged in to support the ministry of education’s campaign aimed at youth horizon enlarging – www.nfcexpert.ro

His second achievement – Felicitaro – is aimed at people-connecting and feeling-expressing, yet this time in a monetary package. 10 days after its launch the market response is very positive.

Last but not least, he is currently working on a children-dedicated physical board game aimed at teaching them the basics of programming language.
