Passionate about social change and entrepreneurship, Irina is Executive Vice-President and Co-Founder of Akcees, organization that fuels the entrepreneurial spark of young people and helps them materialize their ideas, and Managing Partner Prove PR, marketing communication company offering specialized services for startups and NGOs.

Previously, she has worked as business consultant, and trainer for important companies in Romania, and also as Communication Vice-President for the League of Romanian Students Abroad.

Irina holds a Bachelor Degree in International Economics and Business (Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest), a Master Degree in Political Economy and Management (BI Norwegian Business School / ESCP Europe – Paris), and a second Master Degree in International Project Management (ASE Bucharest). Her motto is “Striving for excellence while making a difference”!
