Nick is passionate about future technologies and understanding how businesses and society will take advantage of innovation in the new world. From smart factories, IOT, virtual/augmented reality, computer vision, blockchain, artificial intelligence, autonomous vehicles, robotics and more – Nick stays ahead of the trends to develop strategy and new innovation paths for startups and Fortune 500 companies alike.
Currently, Nick is helping modernize 80% of the global workforce that has been largely forgotten by the software industry. The state of the art system of record for people who don’t work behind a desk is still pen, paper, clipboards, and walkie-talkies. Nick co-founded MaintainX in 2018 to empower deskless workers and management alike.
Nick has formally helped 3 major automotive clients, a captive finance company, an enterprise software company, 3 media companies and the world’s largest chemical conglomerate in the past 18 months position themselves for future success. He has also leveraged his e-commerce experience to develop high-level marketing strategies and designed marketing funnels for several startups and companies – including helping launch a new product to more than $1MM in ARR in less than 4 months.
Previously, Nick was the founder and CEO of Loot! (Formerly The Daily Hundred). Loot! was on an ambitious mission to change the fundamental direction and strategy of marketing in the 21st century.

A VR/AR and drone enthusiast, die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan and part-time chef, Nick has always held a wide variety of interests and passions. Nick graduated in 3.5 years from Emory University in 2010 with a background in Finance, Political Science and Economics. Nick has worked in private equity, and is also a successful medical device sales distributor.
Nick currently resides in San Francisco, CA with his wife, and dog!
