Oana is an experienced manager with over 7 years experience in retail, business development, telecommunications and event organizing. She holds a Bachelor and Masters degree from Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca (Faculty of Letters), a Certificate in Leadership, Communication and Customer Service, is a Certified Translator for the Romanian Ministry of Justice, and has completed a training course held by Jim Bagnola.

Oana is currently Managing Partner at Alegria Travel, a local tour operator where she is providing top travel solutions for her clients.

She previously was a Store Manager in the fashion industry, managing brands such as Orsay, Motivi, s.Oliver and Terranova. Also, Oana was PR Executive at Romanian Managers CLUJ, one of the biggest online and offline communities of managers and entrepreneurs in Transylvania, with almost 900 members.
