Founder of Autostopul.ro, ridesharing and carpooling service.

I started working when I was 18 years old as a salesman for a company that delivers fresh fruit and vegetable in my hometown Sibiu. I was selling and delivering the merchandise.
In 2006 I created my own company and produced a website that was taking photos from people in clubs and at events. That website had a huge success in Romania and in 2009 I sold it to a bigger company that was doing the same thing.
After that I used to work for an outsourcing company, I was offering technical support through telephone for Canon. The customers were German speakers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. After 6 months I was promoted to storage keeper and was training newcomers on Mac operating system. The project ended in 2010.
After that I went back to the first company that delivered fresh fruits and vegetables. I was managing two grocery stores in Sibiu. My attributes where finding the best deals, managing a team of 14 salesmen and one driver, managing a new project developed by me called www.portomania.ro the first online grocery store in Sibiu, I was also managing the income of the store, the losses and winnings. I was also involved in finding clients to buy fruit and vegetables, the company is known for the long tradition in selling these.
I worked also for Lidl Romania. I was managing the Lidl store in Hunedoara, Romania. Lidl bought the “Plus” shops, and I was responsible to rebrand the “Plus” store into Lidl. I had a 3 month training in Germany, Muenster at Lidl and therefore I was qualified for the rebranding of the shop. As a store manager my attributes were to deliver orders through a backoffice software, hire new employees and implement Lidl’s concept in Romania. I was responsible for all the employees in the store and all the merchandise in it. I had to perform daily quality check and to ensure that the customers are satisfied. After that experience I worked for CGS Romania as team leader, on the project UPC Austria. My team was build out of 20 agents that assured that the upc cases where being processed. At the time being I am working on two websites, promoting them Autostopul.ro and Myfullcar.com.
