ThinSlices is a mobile product development company. Starting from an innovative idea, usually a new mobile and/or web product, we deliver all the required technology to bring it to market: website, cloud powered application platform (eg Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure) and mobile applications (iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows Phone) for startups, brands, small and medium sized companies. ThinSlices started in April 2010 as a small software development agency handling website development for small european companies. Within three years, we grew the company to 25 employees focused on delivering mobile cloud solutions to companies across the world with clients on 4 continents.

To give some examples of products we made, WORK[etc] is a total small business management software solution that helps organize many of your daily activities such as tracking billable time, managing customer support, marketing and invoicing, for which we have developed the mobile apps. Doc24.ch is a platform for scheduling doctor appointments in Switzerland. It provides an easy way for doctors to create and manage customized appointment forms (we have built the web platform).

Superevent provides event attendees with a unique in-conference mobile experience and event managers a simple way to control and distribute information during events (we have developed the web platform, iOS and Android apps).

Real Colors is the leading color palette generator from photos. The unique technology automatically generates a color palette for each of the following color theory rule: monochromatic, complementary, split complementary, analogous, shades, triad or tetrad (we have developed the iPhone app).

The company is a Certified Microsoft Partner (Silver Software Development) and our team members are licensed in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3, Java SE 6 Programmer, Oracle Certified Professional, Web Applications Development with Microsoft .NET Framework 4, Scrum, PMI Project Management Professional, Graphic Design.
Our co-founders are proud members of the Small Giants Community started by Bo Burlingham with his bestseller book about the companies that choose to be great instead of big.
We actively support CodeCamp, the IT community in our hometown.
We try to apply the principles of the agile manifesto as much as possible and we use the Scrum methodology for all the software development that we do.
