During events (conferences, concerts, public campaigns, etc.) people are sharing their experiences on multiple Social Media channels: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. .
In many cases the posted messages contain important information for the Event Organizers like: questions (“how can I find X?”), requests (“can someone take the music louder?”) or complains (“staff members have been rude to me! #someevent”).
To help the organizing team to better track and manage the social content, Eventriffic was created, which is a website application that monitors and gathers all the content generated on Social Media about events in order to generate analytics and reports.
These will be then used by the Event Organizers to better understand how the audience perceived the event and they could also use this information to attract or justify the event sponsorship.
