Blueseed is a startup community for 1,000 of the world’s best entrepreneurs on a cruise ship 12 miles off the coast of Silicon Valley.
This location, in international waters, will enable non-US entrepreneurs to start or scale their businesses without US work visa requirements. They can visit Silicon Valley via ferry boat or helicopter, on far-easier-to-obtain business or tourist visas.
So far, 1100+ entrepreneurs have applied. We’ve been covered by the AP, BBC, CNN, CBS, The Economist, Economic Times (India), FT, IBD, Metro (UK), Popular Science, Reuters, USA Today, etc.
The project is looking for investments of $27M to launch.
