With more than 6 years experience in recruitment and sales and recently graduated a PhD program in France at IAE de Lyon in open innovation, entrepreneurship & business incubators, Adela is motivated by meeting passionate people who are able to make a change and to have a contribution in developing the local business environment. In the future she hopes that Startup Weekend Mures will become a tradition and will make a difference by giving birth to new startups that will positively impact the local community.
