I’m passionate about education, public speaking and entrepreneurship. In the last years, I have combined various activities in these areas, so I feel lucky to do what I like. I was volunteer in many non-profit organisations and projects (TEDxEroilor, Toastmasters Cluj, JCI Cluj, trainer in the student NGOs), but now I’m more into business.
On one side, in the process of studying computers & technology (2004-2009, Technical University of Cluj-Napoca), I formed a logical and structured way of thinking which is important in organizing and solving problems, finding solutions. On the other side, through the trainer job, HR, business and marketing activities, understanding human psychology helps me work and connect well with people.
