BA in Psychology, I attended post-graduate of Western University of Timisoara, Faculty of Psychology and the University of Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, certified in REBT.

For over 10 years, I have turned my attention to Human Resources, starting as a psychologist in a recruitment agency in Oradea. Soon I realized that development of startups in the field of human resources, is my main interest. Top Line Management, New Com Telecommunications S. A. with “Injoy – the story of a merger”, Concepta Ideal Solutions are some projects that I have successfully engaged.
