Carmen Ruse
In the last 4 years I’ve been a User Experience Designer at Adobe.
During this time, I’ve worked with a gradient of products: from small and agile teams, where the challenge was to think of lean ways to experiment and validate our assumptions, to a big and mature product that needed to evolve and reach new market segments, all the way to enterprise products that come with all the challenges involved when the user experience has to accomodate so many customized needs.
The most important thing i learned as a UX designer while working on all these products was that there is no excuse for not talking to your users, and that you can provide most value when you have your user’s insights.
