She has more than 7 years experience in coordinating teams and technical assistance projects financed by European funds, coordinating the organization of more than 1,000 national and international events in the 8 projects within which she acted as Project Manager.
She always emphasized the importance of PM and currently she is also trainer at Colors In Projects Company. Has studies in Management, Marketing, Communication and Human Resources and currently she studies Project & Process Management Professional MBA at WU – Vienna University of Economics and Business. She holds a national certification (CNA) in professional training and training in project management and entrepreneurship.
She is also program coordinator & Co-founder at the Center of Technological Creativity for Youth (inventeaza.ro), responsible for successful events, trainings or workshops conducted by the organization or to which it participates.
