Radu Spineanu graduated the Polytechnic University of Timisoara in 2008 and in July the same year he launched the affiliate network 2parale.ro (which went to become the biggest affiliate network in Romania, 2-3 years later).
He was also a contributor (since October 2005) to a couple of packages for the Debian Linux Distribution.

Later on he founded 2Performant.com (a general affiliate network software, platform-as-a-service) and Kinotopic.com (allows you to create, share, and store short video moments and make them more expressive – in the form of animated pictures and cinemagraphs).

His latest venture as a co-founder is Two Tap (backed by Y Combinator), a startup in the mobile e-commerce area.

He is traveling between Romania and United States (San Francisco, Silicon Valley) periodically.
