During events (conferences, concerts, public campaigns, etc.) people are sharing their experiences on multiple Social Media channels: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. .
In many cases the posted messages contain important information for the Event Organizers like: questions (“how can I find X?”), requests (“can someone take the music louder?”) or complains (“staff members have been rude to me! #someevent”).
To help the organizing team to better track and manage the social content, Eventriffic was created, which is a website application that monitors and gathers all the content generated on Social Media about events in order to generate analytics and reports.
