Gena is focusing her energy in electrical engineering leadership, and also parenting and education aspects. By day, she is a Senior Design Engineer at Cambric in United States.

Gena is the co-founder of YoouKids, a mobile app that allows parents, teachers and educators to share educational videos with little children and K12 students. By maintaining their own playlists of videos on YouTube, grown-ups can send remotely new videos to their kids’ iPad, smartphones or tablets.

The research that Gena is leading along with the other YoouKids co-founder is called “Education by visual influence – Watch.Think.Do.” and is exploring ways to complement K12 teachers’ curriculum with the learning aid and impact of educational videos.
