I’m interested in Capital Markets since the beginning of 1999 by successfully managing my own investments, or working for institutional investors that managed investments in capital market.
• From the trader, broker or analyst position I have been focusing mainly on Equities, FX, Derivatives and Commodities in Romanian and international markets, but also having Management Board positions in companies listed on Romanian Capital Market.
• For over two years I worked as independent property valuator in the mid 2000’s.
• All those experiences have been helping me to constantly develop and test my abilities to find value, measure it properly and turn it into profit at the right moment under controlled risks, while have been offering me the opportunity of permanent interaction with a wide range of economic sectors, business models and management styles.
• I studied economics and I received a BA’s and MSc diploma in “Banks and Capital Markets” from “Babes-Bolyai University” of Cluj-Napoca in early 2000’s. I’m also a member of National Union of Romanian Valuators (UNEVAR, ex. ANEVAR) by holding two valuations licenses – property valuation and business valuation.

My interest for the online environment has started from the need for diversification of my investments. Beeing a pretty early and very constant internet user, by 2011 I gained enough confidence and awareness of the internet main streams to contact Marius Corici and ask him about a good idea that worth the effort to support it. I trust him because in the last years many of his ideas and concepts were later implemented separately by others and confirmed by the market.
The Hack a Server project has been catching my interest instantly, because of its extraordinary capacity to create value for all potential users and investors.
The well known concept of direct proportionality between “action and reaction” translated into business as “risk-reward” balance is considerably changed by the HackaServer project vs. other pen-testing alternatives, because it offers higher value for its users (crowed source), while risks are reduced to minimum, because of its anonymity and confidentiality policy.
